Support Clubs

These are no ordinary clubs. There are so many components that make them truly original: crazy amounts of fun, a sense of team spirit, meaningful dialogue, and audacious challenges. If you’re looking to pull yourself out of screen-based living so you can explore what you’re really made of, we’d love to have you join us!

For ages 8-12, there’s TNT (Try New Things) — a place to build confidence, connect with other amazing kids, and learn healthy habits — online and off.

Renegade is for teens ages 13-19 and is the place to be if you want to rebel against a screen-based life in favor of living all out! Get out of default mode and live by your own design.

For adults ages 20+, One Life is where you’ll hone in on who you really are, what you really want, and how to get there through goal accountability and team support.

All of our clubs meet in small, in-person weekly groups designed to foster a supportive community while developing practical skills that allow members to live a life of media mindfulness.

Strength in Numbers

We don’t tend to question our dependence on tech. It’s simply become the new norm. And when parents try to hold a hard line with tech, it can lead to arguments, power struggles and resentment within the home. It’s too much for one family to face alone.

The solution to reclaiming our time, our focus, our life’s purpose, and our relationships could be living right next door! The antidote to screen overuse lies in teaming up with other families who are as concerned as you are about what this is doing to our collective psyche.

We offer engaging presentations to provide a sustainable solution so we can hold onto the core elements of our humanness. The presentation goes over the Back on Track Program, helps identify symptoms of Electronic Screen Syndrome (ESS), and describes how to implement a tech/life balance successfully, in partnership with other families.

This presentation doesn’t just have the potential to upgrade your way of life, it has the potential to save lives.
